nannyhaus Terms of Service

1. Scope

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern access to and use of the nannyhaus online portal (the "Portal").

These Terms apply to all authorized users, including nanny candidates and family clients. Separate signed agreements govern placement services, representation, and fees. Those agreements are not replaced or modified by these Terms.

2. Access to the Portal

Access is granted only to users who:

• Have completed required onboarding steps
• Have signed the applicable nannyhaus agency agreement
• Maintain an active account in good standing

nannyhaus may suspend or revoke access at its discretion.

3. Account Security

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
• All activity under your account
• Promptly notifying nannyhaus of unauthorized access

You may not share your login with any third party.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Portal in a professional and lawful manner.

You may not:

• Upload false, misleading, or defamatory information
• Harass or intimidate other users
• Attempt to access accounts not assigned to you
• Interfere with or disrupt the Portal's operation
• Use automated systems to access or extract data
• Use the Portal for purposes unrelated to nannyhaus placements

All communications within the Portal must remain respectful and professional.

5. User Content

Users may upload profile information, documents, and messages ("User Content").

You represent that:

• You own or have the right to share the content
• The information is accurate to the best of your knowledge

nannyhaus may remove content that violates these Terms or compromises platform integrity.

6. Technology Disclaimer

The Portal is provided "as is."

While nannyhaus works to maintain secure and reliable access, we do not guarantee:

• Uninterrupted availability
• Error-free functionality
• Immediate message delivery

Temporary outages, maintenance, or technical errors may occur.

7. Intellectual Property

All Portal design, branding, workflows, software, and matching methodologies are the intellectual property of nannyhaus and may not be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed, reverse engineered, or used to create competing services without prior written consent.

8. Confidentiality

Information accessed through the Portal, including profiles and communications, must be treated as confidential.

Users may not:

• Share profiles externally
• Screenshot and distribute information
• Use platform information for outside recruiting purposes

Confidentiality obligations survive termination of access.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, nannyhaus is not liable for:

• User conduct
• Decisions made based on Portal content
• Loss resulting from technical issues
• Indirect or consequential damages

The Portal is a communication and matching interface only.

10. Privacy

Use of the Portal is also governed by the nannyhaus Privacy Policy, which explains how personal information is collected and handled.

11. Modifications

nannyhaus may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Portal constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
